Welcome to RPG Tavern, an app developed by Undr Development ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of users who use our mobile application ("App").

- Profile photo
Additionally, we collect anonymized data for diagnostic, troubleshooting, and performance improvement purposes. This data includes device operating system information, hardware details, and usage patterns.
2. How We Collect User Information
We collect email, username, and profile photo directly from the user during the registration process. Anonymized data is collected via Google Analytics when the user interacts with the App. In case of offline events, qualifying event logs are sent to Google Analytics once the user regains internet access.
3. Purpose of Collecting User Information
We collect user information for the following purposes:
Email: Identification and account recognition, distribution of important updates, EULA, and privacy policy.
Username and profile photo: Displayed to the user for personalization.
Anonymized data: Diagnostics, performance monitoring, and improving user experience.
4. Sharing of User Information
We do not share user information with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we use Google Analytics for anonymized event monitoring and diagnostics.
5. User Data Security
All user data is protected by Google Firebase's security measures and systems.
6. Retention and Deletion of User Data
User data will be deleted under the following circumstances:
Discontinuation of the App or service.
Termination of the user's account.
Upon request by the user.
