Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RapidForm application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Purpose of the App

RapidForm is a mobile and desktop application designed for creating custom forms, collecting structured data, and exporting professional reports. The App is intended for business, educational, and personal use.

Important: RapidForm is a productivity tool, not a specialized solution for regulated industries. Users in healthcare, legal, or other regulated fields are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RapidForm for personal or internal business purposes.

You may:

• Create unlimited form templates
• Fill out unlimited form submissions
• Export and share your forms and PDFs
• Use the app on multiple devices you own or control

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Data Ownership and Storage

Your Data

You retain all rights, ownership, and control over the forms, data, photos, and content you create using RapidForm. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

Local Storage

All your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Backing up your device to prevent data loss
• Securing your device with appropriate passcodes or biometric locks
• Managing storage space on your device

No Cloud Backup

We do not provide cloud backup services. If you delete the app or lose your device, your data cannot be recovered unless you have exported it or backed up your device using your operating system's backup features (iCloud, Google Drive, etc.).

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not collect or store data without proper consent from form respondents
• Comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) when collecting personal data
• Not use the App to collect sensitive personal information unless you have appropriate safeguards in place
• Not share or distribute form templates that contain malicious content
• Be responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you collect

6. Sharing and Export

When you export and share forms or PDFs:

• You are responsible for choosing who receives your exported content
• Exported .rform templates are encrypted but can be opened by anyone with the file
• PDF exports are standard PDF files - password-protect them if needed
• We are not responsible for the security of data after you export it

7. Intellectual Property

RapidForm, including its design, code, features, and trademarks, is owned by Undr Development and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content remains yours. We claim no ownership of form templates, submissions, or data you create.

8. Third-Party Services

RapidForm integrates with third-party services:

• Google Maps: Location fields use Google Maps. Google's terms apply.
• Firebase Analytics: Optional analytics use Firebase. Firebase's terms apply.
• Device Features: Camera, photo library, location services are accessed with your permission.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranty

RapidForm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Accuracy of exported PDFs or data
• That the app will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undr Development shall not be liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Loss of business, profits, or revenue
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Undr Development from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your collection or use of data through the App
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update these Terms and Conditions
• Change pricing or introduce paid features

Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email if you've opted-in to communications. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

12. Termination

Your Rights: You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

Our Rights: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms, without notice and without liability.
