RPGJournal Terms of Service

Welcome to RPG Journal, published by Undr Development LLC ("Undr", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RPGJournal ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RPGJournal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

RPGJournal is not intended for users under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to use RPGJournal in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Account Security

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, Apple, or Google OAuth). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Permitted Use

• Use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not:
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access or modify data belonging to other users.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RPGJournal at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or its users.

7. Disclaimers

RPGJournal is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. Your use of RPGJournal is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undr Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of RPGJournal.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at undrapps.com/rpgjournal. Continued use of RPGJournal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
